Bewdley workshops with
Grand Master Liming Yue
The Friday push hands workshop for dedicated students went well and a lot of techniques were shown every one came away with more knowledge on the subject.
Saturday was spent working on the Chen 11 form and The Master explained the moves in great detail and also some time was spent on the Qi Gong.
Sunday was the day of Detail into The Yi Jin Jin Qi Gong so every one now knows how to do the Form to a greater and deeper level, The Day was topped with Shen Gong which everyone was looking forward to , and enjoyed. Again Grand Master Yue was on top form and made the workshops interesting and beneficial even to those who had never done Tai Chi Before.
It was fun teaching in Malta for the first time,I must say that I had a great time and was look after like royalty thanks to Professor Honchie Adrian Axisa and his lovely partner Anna. The weather was hot the sea was warm and the food excellent.

Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei
and Master Liming Yue
The Workshop was held at Walsall In the local Sports hall just off junction 11 on the M6 motorway.
The venue was organised by Peter Hornby and was attended by members of the Lo Gar Kung fu and other Kung Fu clubs, also the Tai Chi clubs that were there included a good contingent from Sunswallow. Thank you folks for the support it is really appreciated by not only me.
Grandmaster Chen Started off with the Basic Warm up exercises, but went into more detail as to the connections in the body and how to train correctly .the whole workshop was based on the importance of being loose, soft and relaxed. He also covered the basics for Tai Chi which were of importance to those who had just started out on learning Tai Chi .Watching
The Master perform part of the form was awesome! The movements fluidity and control of his body were fantastic to watch.
Every one enjoyed the event, and it was good to meet new and old friends again.
