Depending on the time limits you allow your self to practice at home,the basic rule is to apply first the warm up then five to ten minuets Meditation, before starting your Tai Chi Form. Also practice as slowly as possible to feel where things just don’t feel quite right!
Don’t be afraid to just work on one move or part of a move repetition helps to iron out the faults quicker.
